You’re responsible for all quality activities on the site. As Customer Customer Quality Specialist you’ll be the point of contact between Global Quality Team and de Site Organization. You understand specific customer requirements and contribute towards succesful customer site audits and complete associated documentation.Other tasks are supporting the completion of customer concerns and complaints, propose improvements to processes and systems providing evidence of benefits vs costs and supporting the implementation.
